Week 3-4:
Prototype Dev’ment Roadmap This is where we bring each validated prototype from its sketchy form into reality. In this module, we use cutting-edge research framework to map out all the critical elements of each prototype to enable us figure out and plan a streamlined pathway to productization.
Week 5:
Sales Strategy & Monetization SAAS, Freemium, Microtransactions, virtual subscription, Advert Revenue, and the list goes on. With so many options available, how do creators know what's best for their solutions? Here, we assist each candidate to implement the most effective business model and monetization strategy for their solutions.
Week 6-7:
Rapid Productization & Testing This is where the rubber hits the road. Follow our RAPTOR framework as we consult the best product developers to help each candidate build their first market-ready mock product. With the intrigues of product testing outcomes and the voting that follows, you wouldn’t want to bet on which candidates advance to the finals.
Week 8:
Branding & Stacking Kudos for making it to the final round. Now, its time to get down to serious business. Here, we hold each candidate by hand and guide them through the branding process, and also build their future stack inventory to minimize up front expenses.
Week 9:
Marketing & Growth Hacking In this module, we employ the most cost-effective methods to rapidly scale each brand. We engage resource-light marketing strategies to build active following, sell products, gain massive exposure, and most importantly, get feedbacks from users for the final course-correction.

Follow our experts as they take candidates through the intricacies of building efficient systems and a formidable team.
Week 11:
Financial & Compliance Management In the run up to the gameshow’s grand finale, we unpack cutting-edge financial systems, models and tools, then groom contestants on compliance management, business valuation, projection, taxes and legalities, debt vs equity, the right type of funding for each stage, and the right type of investors.
Week 12:
